Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Marble Falls is one of the region's primary healthcare facilities and is within close proximity to the community. HEB, a major Texas employer with a strong local presence, serves the Marble Falls area. Pedernales Electric Cooperative (PEC), one of the largest electric cooperatives in the United States, is headquartered in the area. Marble Falls Independent School District (Marble Falls ISD) is also a notable local employer across its campuses.
